Tessa Archerd Riding Instructor

I teach both the horse and rider with patience and understanding. A horse is not a machine and cannot be treated as such. A top trainer once said, “I ride the horse the way it wants to be ridden.” and I’m a firm believer in that. Every horse is different and the key to success is building a partnership between horse and rider. I start off all my students with the basic balance position, along with soft supple hands and instill both a joy in riding and a love and respect of this wonderful creature we are so lucky to have in our lives... the horse.
